If you are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact on patient care, we invite you to explore opportunities to join our team and help revolutionize care through simulation.
This is a hands-on, project-based engagement for a mid-level service and repair engineer who is energized by getting to the bott om of a problem. The successful candidate takes ownership of the CALIFIA repair backlog in the company’s Service & Repair Depot: receiving ret urned units, reproducing reported failures, running disciplined diagnostics, and isolating each root cause to hardware, software, or the c ommunication between them – then repairing or coordinating the fix and using QA testing protocols to validate the repair before the unit ships back.
